Wirral Woman Receives Personal Injury Compensation Following Collapse of Ceiling

16-Sep-2009 A Wirral woman has been awarded compensation for injuries she suffered when a ceiling collapsed on her. Our client Mrs S was using the ladies' room at the college where she was a student, when, as she washed her hands, panels of the ceiling collapsed, landing on her head and shoulders. She sustained muscular injuries to her neck and shoulders. An independent doctor advised she would recover from her injuries within 7-8 months of the accident. Aegis Law successfully negotiated injury compensation of £1850.00 for Mrs S.
